Why Join Light (SEEDS core Team)?

Using a brief bullet point style breakdown in the theme of the 8 forms of capital we’ll explain some primary benefits for joining Light.

Financial

  1. Cooperation Compensation: For any creations pre-ITO, receive double the market rate for contributions to SEEDS that were implemented. These payouts only come if Light is successful in our ITO and fund-raising efforts.

I.e. If fair market value is $50 an hour (equal to level of expertise and competence) for website development and you devoted 100 hours to a website you could receive $10,000 (in Seeds) for that contribution following a successful ITO and if the community used the site. 2. CS Rewards. Early contribution opportunities may lead to ownership of an account with high CS and a larger personal Harvest. 3. Performance Dependent Salary of Fair Market Rates. Light will petition SEEDS for salaries to support full or part-time positions. When you join our team you will have the opportunity to fill one of these positions. You will be able to design and create your own career. This will be an option to receive a salary, or compensation for routine contributions, from the network once developed.

  1. Creating a model that will provide economic empowerment to millions of people, allowing them to live more fulfilling lives.
  2. Forging the way for small-scale organic gardeners to thrive and to support the regeneration of our planet.
